Job Summary

This permanent role offers an attractive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including method development, SOPs, qualification/validation, technical work, data collection, data analysis, data reporting, logistics, timelines, deliverables, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, perform, document, and interpret scientific experiments, including method development and validation.
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including method development, SOPs, qualification/validation, technical work, routine data collection, data analysis, data reporting, logistics, timelines, deliverables, and resources (staff, reagents).
  • Act as the primary scientific liaison for assigned company clients.
  • Manage operational aspects in the laboratory.
  • Support bioanalytical laboratory team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Sign off and record training as per the Quality Management System.
  • Mentor junior staff members in their area of expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, immunology, cellular/molecular biology, or other related areas is required. Master's degree or PhD is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a highly regulated environment following ISO 17025, GLP, NATA or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of immunological based assays including ADA and PK assays.
  • Experience in the development and validation of immunoassays.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Methodological, thorough, and good attention to detail.
