As a Team Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents. This position involves working closely with our clinical team to coordinate and supervise care activities, while also promoting individualized support and goal attainment for each resident.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified nurses or personal care workers who are looking to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Team Supervisor, you will work part-time (68 hours fortnight) and be responsible for leading and supervising care teams, providing emotional support to residents, and performing tasks within scope and regulation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing holistic care to residents, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration, as well as pressure care management.
  • SUPPORTING THE COORDINATION OF CARE NEEDS ACROSS THE HOME, INCLUDING LEADING AND SUPERVISING CARE ON SHIFTS, DELEGATING TASKS, AND MONITORING RESIDENT OUTCOMES.
  • Performing medicine-related tasks in accordance with scope, legislation, and policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma of Enrolled Nursing or Certificate IV in Ageing Support, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be committed to delivering high-quality care and be willing to undertake additional training as required.
