Job Overview
A Retail Manager position is available, focusing on the administration of shopping centers in West End, Brisbane. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maintaining positive relationships with tenants, and ensuring a well-presented trading environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support to clients in administering lease agreements
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date tenancy schedules and calendars of significant events
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards of housekeeping and coordination of maintenance works
  • Liaise with tenants to ensure their satisfaction
  • Recommend maintenance works and capital expenditures to facilities managers
  • Attend client management meetings and conference calls
  • Prepare weekly reports on tenant performance, feedback, and property presentation

About This Role
This retail management role involves working closely with a leading national retail landlord. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and ensuring the overall success of the shopping center. A current driver's license is mandatory for this position.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the Property Industry, specifically in Retail Property Management or Centre Management
  • Relevant degree, such as Bachelor of Business (Property)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proactive and flexible attitude
