Medical Affairs Professional

DCL Recruitment is seeking a skilled Medical Affairs Associate to join their team on a temporary basis. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the Head of Medical Affairs and contributing to various projects, including database management, share of voice initiatives, and financial tracking.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles, preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry. A willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. With a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, you will be responsible for tracking trial programs, managing submissions, and collaborating with regional teams.
This temporary role has the potential to extend until the end of 2022, offering an excellent hourly rate paid weekly. The successful candidate will be based in North Ryde, enjoying onsite parking and proximity to public transport options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in tracking trial/ research programs and post-marketing research
- Manage submissions, milestone tracking, contracting, invoice processing, budget tracking, procurement, and publication review
- Track share of voice (SoV) data generated through ANZ-supported projects
- Collaborate with regional Medical Operations teams on monthly reports and ensuring matrices are up-to-date
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in EA/PA roles or equivalent
- High attention to detail and ability to follow reporting processes
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
