You will ensure high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, adhering to industry standards and organizational policies. This includes providing leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to achieve quality resident outcomes.

- Work in a safe manner, closely following all policies and procedures.
- Work as 2nd in charge to the Residential Manager.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
- Current registration as a registered nurse with AHPRA.
- Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Comprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process.
- Knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Previous experience working within a residential aged care setting in a similar role.
- Strong coaching/training skills and ability to influence others.
- Strong customer-centric approach to business.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Competent IT skills including full Microsoft suite.
- Willingness to apply for police check and NDIS clearance.
