Building Designer Coordinator

As a Design Manager, you will play a key role in our team's success by coordinating design documentation and consultant outputs under the guidance of our Senior Design Manager.
This junior-mid level position is ideal for an individual with solid technical knowledge and experience in niche projects who thrives on detail, collaboration, and contributing to large-scale outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Senior Design Manager in managing day-to-day design queries and ensuring documentation aligns with project requirements.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design challenges quickly and ensure designs comply with industry standards.
In this role, you will have exposure to significant developments in the region and contribute meaningfully to complex, high-quality builds.
The successful candidate will possess 3-5 years' experience in design management or coordination, ideally on Class 2 residential or shopping centre projects.
A strong background in documentation and coordination skills, including proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or similar software, is highly desirable.
You will be an enthusiastic, detail-focused, and collaborative individual who takes ownership of your role while supporting senior leadership.
