About the Role

You'll deliver highly individualised employment supports as a Facilitator at APM Futures.

Motivate, mentor and support personal growth, helping participants develop and establish their vocational identity, tailoring supports to individual requirements.

  • Provide hands-on support to small groups of participants
  • Mentorship and skills development to increase people's capacity for work
  • Deliver person-centred supports to participants transitioning from school to work
  • On-site support once employment has commenced and integration assistance
  • Support and consultation to employers

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

We welcome candidates from various backgrounds, including Youth Services, NDIS, Community Services and Employment Services.

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
  • Travel required for service delivery and participant support
  • Available to work part-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
