We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Regional Manager to join our PCYC State Business Units team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Area Managers to achieve high-quality care and development of young people
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement, ensuring commercial efficiencies and high-quality care
- Collaborate with the State Operations Manager to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with legislation and regulations
- Manage area and service budgets, ensuring prudent financial management
- Travel across the state as required to support service delivery and team management
- Minimum Diploma level qualification in a related discipline, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining OSHC services in compliance with legislation and regulations
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to travel across the state as required
