Claims Service Officer

We are seeking an experienced Claims Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and resolving injury claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be responsible for:
- Processing and completing work allocated within required timeframes, meeting data integrity and schedule requirements.
- Responding to queries from various stakeholders, escalating to senior staff as required.
- Maintaining a constant customer focus and working with customers, team members, and third parties to find solutions consistent with customer needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Data entry experience.
- Customer service experience.
- The ability to process quickly and accurately.
- A high attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Windows, Word, and Lotus Notes.
