Exceptional Patient Care Coordinator Opportunity
About the RoleThis key role is a Medical Receptionist position at our Specialist Neurology Clinic in Sydney.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to provide quality patient care, work efficiently in an organized environment, and deliver excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous medical receptionist experience, strong organizational and time management skills, and be able to work under pressure.
- Meet and greet patients, provide general information about services and procedures.
- Billing and receipting patients, Medicare, DVA and WorkCover.
- Typing and proofreading clinical reports.
- Liaising with referrers, Specialists and hospitals.
- General office administration - filing, faxing, photocopying.
- Assist with cleanliness of the practice.
- Maintaining and ordering stock.
- General practice management.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Typing and letter writing experience.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Very strong organisational and time management skills.
- Understanding patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills.
This full-time opportunity offers 3 weeks training and a salary commensurate with experience.
