Administrator Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Learning and Development Team at the Country Fire Authority. As an Administrator Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning and training programs to enhance brigade capability.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all administrative requirements, including support to meetings, agenda preparation, venue and catering
- Provide administrative support for the preparation of high-quality documentation, data and training material
- Provide administrative support to database and systems management
- Contribute to the coordination of training instructor and training course scheduling
- Manage communication and correspondence to support the Frontline Learning & Development team
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients
We are looking for an experienced administrator with a proven track record in drafting documents, correspondence and reports. You will demonstrate sound skills in MS Office, database management and ideally have some exposure to financial systems.
You will have strong attention to detail, be thorough and accurate combined with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
