Energy Management Expert

We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Energy Management squad. As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in simplifying the complexities of powering large-scale EV charging infrastructure across commercial, government, and residential installations.

You'll be responsible for crafting pixel-perfect designs that cater to the unique needs of EV drivers, installers, and operators. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating technical and business requirements into a seamless user experience.

About the Role
  • Simplify Complexity: Collaborate with your squad to identify and prioritise tasks that create a great, accessible experience for customers.
  • Transform Our Offering: You'll be an instrumental part of transforming our Energy Management offering by identifying and delivering innovative solutions to problems across multiple offerings.
  • User-Centred Design: Actively participate in translating technical and business requirements into a good user experience.
  • Create Cohesive Designs: Work with, and contribute to, our design system to create coherent and efficient designs.
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of the intersection between customer, business, and technical needs, with a meticulous attention to detail. A portfolio showcasing your design process and examples of shipped product work is essential.

Key skills include:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years Product Design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proficiency in user-centred design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of interaction and visual design patterns.
