Social Media Strategist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across all social media channels, developing and executing social media campaigns, managing daily content creation, and leveraging influencer marketing and user-generated content to amplify our brand reach.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position that involves hands-on work in managing social platforms and creating content. The successful candidate will have qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Media & Communications and 5+ years of experience in managing social platforms and creating content.
- Act as a brand ambassador across all social media channels, ensuring consistency in voice, messaging, and visual storytelling.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, collections, and brand initiatives.
- Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, with a focus on community engagement and growth.
- Leverage influencer marketing and user-generated content to amplify brand reach, increase engagement, and drive brand advocacy.
- Conduct competitor analysis and use insights to continuously refine social media strategies, improving both engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, using KPIs to optimise strategies and ensure alignment with sales and brand growth targets.
Key Qualifications:
- Qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Media & Communications
- 5+ years of experience in managing social platforms and creating content
- Proficiency in native social analytics, scheduling tools, editing software, and Canva
Desirable Skills:
- Background in the fashion or jewellery industry
- Experience with influencer marketing and user-generated content
