Job Title: Key Account Manager

About the Role:

This newly created position involves managing key accounts in civil construction or equipment hire, requiring someone with extensive experience in this field.

The ideal candidate will possess confidence when interacting with site supervisors and crews, as well as strong follow-up and pipeline discipline skills.

Responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of civil construction clients, building strong relationships with site supervisors, PMs, and procurement teams, and recommending smart solutions from our impressive hire fleet.

Successful candidates will become trusted advisors to clients, ensuring their sites operate efficiently.
