Portfolio Manager Lead Role

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operating cadence of portfolio governance, ensuring timely communications with stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience in program management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing Transformation / Program Management Offices
  • 5+ years Project Management experience, Finance or Tech background preferred
  • Proven experience in driving digital transformation, process improvement, and organizational change
  • Proven practitioner experiences working with Agile & Lean practices and change management
  • Experience in leading and building teams

As a Portfolio Manager Lead, you will be responsible for:

  1. Implementing global and local standards for program funding, initiation, execution, and closure
  2. Using standardized tools and templates to communicate portfolio mobilization and delivery performance
  3. Building and maintaining a portfolio-wide roadmap with key milestones and critical dependencies
  4. Managing Monthly Portfolio Walls, ExCo Obeya, and QBR cycles to support continuous planning and delivery
