Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to provide technical expertise to our customers and help them achieve success with their data platforms.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects and make a real impact on the data landscape. As a key member of our team, you will be working directly with customers and their system integrators to deploy and implement Snowflake solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Snowflake solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Snowflake technologies and best practices
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences
  • Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving technologies for data and analytics to remain an authoritative resource

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in data architecture, ETL, security, performance analysis, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills to drive results
