
Executive Remedial Projects Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead remedial projects with budgets up to $15m+
Main Responsibilities- Deliver projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Oversee construction programmes and manage project expenditure, maintaining cash flow and delivering on project goals.
- Identify and mitigate construction risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure project success.
- Manage subcontractors on site and maintain HSEQ requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce regular progress reports and manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 - 15 years of experience in successful project delivery from start to finish.
- Proven leadership ability to motivate teams and deliver high-quality projects.
- Previous experience in greenfield project delivery.
- Detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements / standards.
- Strong planning and financial reporting skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Construction Safety Induction (white) card.
