Project Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead remedial projects with budgets up to $15m+

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Oversee construction programmes and manage project expenditure, maintaining cash flow and delivering on project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate construction risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Manage subcontractors on site and maintain HSEQ requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Produce regular progress reports and manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 - 15 years of experience in successful project delivery from start to finish.
  • Proven leadership ability to motivate teams and deliver high-quality projects.
  • Previous experience in greenfield project delivery.
  • Detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements / standards.
  • Strong planning and financial reporting skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Construction Safety Induction (white) card.
