Structural Engineer Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the aerospace industry.

  • Provide engineering support for air vehicle structures throughout their lifecycle.
  • Conduct technical investigations and resolve product defects.
  • Process problem reports generated from ground and flight testing.
  • Develop air vehicle modification kits through collaboration with design and maintenance teams.
  • Create engineering documentation (e.g. instructions, manuals, procedures and risk assessments) to support ongoing product operation and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a considerate and inclusive manner.
  • Work on innovative projects that drive progress in the aerospace sector.
Requirements:

Candidates must hold a tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science or information technology (or have an anticipated graduation date before January 2026).

Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
