Business Development Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator. This role will involve driving growth, supporting conferencing & events Executives, and working with a culture of guest-obsessed professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and distributing client quotations and contracts as required, responding to new business enquiries through various channels, maximizing sales conversion, aligning all sales efforts to the strategic direction of the individual, building and nurturing effective business relationships with key clients, and providing support to the sales team as required to drive the business pipeline.

- Respond to new business inquiries through multiple channels
- Maintain high sales conversion rates

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of two years of experience in a sales or hospitality role, demonstrated expertise in client engagement, understanding of hotel operations, sales, and groups reservations preferred. You must possess excellent customer service skills and phone manner, as well as intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
