The Sutherland Hospital and Community Health Service provides inpatient and outpatient services with 375 beds and cares for thousands of patients annually.
This role offers comprehensive clinical pharmacy services across The Sutherland Hospital and affiliated services, focusing on the defined specialty area of clinical pharmacy and Antimicrobial Stewardship.
As a Specialist Pharmacist, you will be an integral member of The Sutherland Hospital pharmacy team, providing specialist clinical knowledge and skills to maintain comprehensive pharmacy service across all operational hours.
You will work closely with Team Leader and Lead Pharmacist positions to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication within teams.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in clinical pharmacy and antimicrobial stewardship, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Australian registration status with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a practicing pharmacist
- Post-registration clinical or management/leadership qualifications or equivalent skills and experience demonstrating capability in these areas
