We are a market leader in the provision of accident repair services, serving over 120 facilities across Australia and New Zealand. As a seasoned Insurance Loss Adjustor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

This position involves working closely with our Centre Manager and contributing to our network of repair facilities, offering a stable and dynamic work environment. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your experience in preparing estimates and quotations, make you a strong candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service
  2. Generating accurate and detailed quotes for vehicle repairs, adhering to average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
  3. Preparing quotes onsite, off-site, and online, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship
  4. Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles upon arrival, including mapping and imaging
  5. Managing parts procurement for repairs, focusing on timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
  6. Collaborating with suppliers to ensure efficient recording and authorisation of additional work
  7. Supporting production management of the centre, as needed
  8. Ensuring vehicles are restored to their original condition, prior to handover to customers

About You

  1. Proven experience in insurance loss adjusting, with expertise in estimating/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
  2. AudaNet experience is highly beneficial, though not essential
  3. Ibody experience is advantageous but not compulsory
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with customers and work providers
  5. Strong systems understanding and computer proficiency, with Excel experience being a plus
  6. Ability to meet demanding deadlines and resolve problems with precision and attention to detail
  7. Able to work effectively within the team, prioritising safety and quality
