About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

This full-time position involves interacting with various stakeholders, providing excellent customer service, and achieving timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes.

You will work within our large network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and work providers.
  2. Achieving timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  3. Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online.
  4. Processing vehicles onsite by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  5. Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
  7. Assisting with production management of the centre as required.
  8. Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  9. Handing over completed repairs to customers.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
  • Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable.
  • Ibody experience is desirable but not necessary.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers.
  • Highly professional and personable.
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
  • Excel experience is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to problem-solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
  • Strong commitment to work in a safe manner.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
