Customer Care Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a customer care consultant to join our team at New-Start. As a customer care consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customer requests are actioned in a timely manner.

To achieve this goal, you must have:

  • A thorough understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • The ability to provide clear and concise information to customers.

In addition, you should possess:

  • Industry knowledge or experience in a high-volume call centre environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Applicants with an advanced understanding of Microsoft or Cloud based CRM programs.
  • Forward thinker who can think outside the box.

Salary: $52,500.00 - $57,500.00 per year
