Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Bar Manager to lead the team at our establishment.

About the Role
  • This is a key position that requires someone with excellent leadership skills and experience in managing bars.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to develop engaging beverage programs, maximize talent engagement, and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
  1. To develop and implement innovative beverage programming, activations, and curated experiences that align with our brand values.
  2. To lead by example, displaying hands-on leadership in guest hospitality, and ensure the team is working together to deliver exceptional service.
  3. To maintain high levels of service and brand standards, effectively manage inventory, and work closely with the team to curate beverage and food programs.
  4. To hire, train, schedule, evaluate, counsel, discipline, motivate, and coach talent to achieve individual and team goals.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and experience in bar management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and Federal labor laws, as well as liquor and beverage regulations.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
