Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our hospital's supply chain operations, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders and inventory to meet clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain control over access to the loading dock area
- Process orders, deliveries, and stock movements in compliance with established hospital procedures
- Accurately record and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts as required
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve discrepancies or delays
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations
- Assist with financial queries related to purchasing and receivables
- Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels for managed supplies at all times
- Prepare requisitions and purchase orders on behalf of the Supplies Service
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, or warehouse environments
- Ability to work effectively with multiple systems and maintain high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems (Desirable)
