Lease Administrator Opportunity

The Lease and Accounts Administrator will be responsible for managing franchise partner renewal processes, liaising with the Legal team, and ensuring compliance with document execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lease renewal process for franchise partners
  • Liaise with the Legal team to ensure accurate and timely execution of documents
  • Ensure end-to-end compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Communicate with partners regarding insurance requirements and payment of outstanding invoices
  • Assist in preparing documentation for bank guarantees or replacement bank guarantees
Ideal Candidate Profile:

We seek a candidate with experience in food services or franchising, proficiency in CRM systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
