Business Operations Coordinator Wanted

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity for you to take your passion and expertise in business operations and customer service to the next level;
  • You will be responsible for driving revenues, creating memorable guest experiences, and supporting the management of Front of House & Back of House operations;

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Be a hands-on leader, motivating and driving your team to provide exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences;
  2. Drive sales by running effective shifts and going above and beyond for our guests;
  3. Create engaging spaces where you and the team can deliver outstanding customer experiences;
  4. Support and inspire a high-performing team of hospitality professionals;
  5. Assist in managing Front of House & Back of House operations, including rosters, training, budget management, forecasting, recruitment, cost control, and labor management;
  6. Continue to develop an amazing, collaborative, and inclusive culture;
  7. Develop and upskill your team members and yourself;
  8. Learn the skills needed to manage all aspects of a busy, multi-faceted entertainment venue.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude;
  • Has a valid RSA;
  • Is able to work nights and weekends;
  • Has an obsession with providing excellent customer service;
  • Has proven experience in all areas of a hospitality venue (bar, kitchen, functions etc);
  • Has strong time management skills and a high level of experience in administrative tasks;
  • Is eager to showcase their skills and take the business to new heights.
