About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Head of Campus, leading our team in delivering high-quality educational outcomes for young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to staff, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve educational outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Understanding of Catholic Educational Values: The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of and commitment to the values of a Catholic educational system.
  2. Senior Leadership Experience: Proven experience in senior leadership roles, characterised by strong organisational, administrative, communication, and leadership skills.
  3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: High-level communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills necessary to be successful in a complex organisational structure.
  4. Multidisciplinary Leadership: Capacity to lead the team in managing human, financial and physical resources to deliver high quality outcomes.
  5. Relevant Teaching Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualifications and have (or be prepared to undertake) post graduate qualifications in one of the following areas: Education, Social Services, Educational Leadership, or Theology.

Selection Criteria

The successful candidate will be selected based on their ability to demonstrate the required skills and qualifications outlined above.
