Job Title: Campus Director

The Edmund Rice Flexi School is a campus of an educational organization that provides a unique learning environment for young people aged 12-21. Our school aims to re-engage students who are looking for a different way of learning. We operate based on the principles of Respect, Participation, Honesty and Safe & Legal.

The Head of Campus has delegated responsibility for the day-to-day management and leadership of the Flexi School campus. This role involves providing leadership and supervision to staff and students, working collaboratively with other team members as required.

About You
  • You must have a strong understanding of and commitment to the values of a Catholic educational system in the Edmund Rice tradition.
  • Proven senior leadership experience with strong organizational, administrative, communication and leadership skills.
  • You should be able to demonstrate high-level communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a complex organizational structure.
  • You will lead our culture in working under the four Principles of operation (Respect, Safe and Legal, Honesty and Participation) in a common ground framework.
  • You will manage human, financial and physical resources to deliver high quality outcomes.
  • You should have demonstrated interpersonal skills supporting a strong community focus within and external to the school.
  • You will provide leadership in trauma informed practice and wellbeing support ensuring students can achieve positive social outcomes and re-engagement in learning.
  • You will provide leadership in learning and pedagogy supporting the achievement of quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • You must have relevant teaching qualifications and post graduate qualifications in Education, Social Services, Educational Leadership or Theology.
  • You must be registered as a teacher in the state where the Flexi School is located.
  • You must have Working With Children Check Clearance.
