This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on ensuring the safety and well-being of our teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including:

  • Coordinating activities with clients and stakeholders;
  • Supervising technicians and contractors;
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections;

In addition to these responsibilities, we are seeking candidates who possess excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to develop and implement maintenance SOPs and provide training to junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and advanced maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting;
  • Develop and implement maintenance SOPs and provide training;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations;
