The Opportunity
We seek a Continuous Improvement Partner to drive operational excellence by implementing process improvements that strengthen safety and compliance.
This role collaborates with teams across the business and network to ensure consistent high standards through data-informed insights, effective coaching, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives enhancing safety culture, operational resilience, and process reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes, ensuring adoption and meeting KPIs.
- Review operations-based processes for continuous improvement and embedment across the network.
- Maintain responsibility for the timekeeping process, its enhancements, and how it's built and maintained within the system.
Your Skills
Excellent Excel skills are required. Sector experience is preferred. You should also have experience with T&A systems and a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
