Job Title: Care Assistant Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced care assistant to provide personal care and support to residents with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medication Administration: Administer medication to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
