Classroom Leader

We are seeking passionate Diploma or Certificate III Educators who share our passion for the Early Childhood industry.

This role involves leading a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, and the wider community. A strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks is required to ensure high-quality standards are met at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a classroom and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff members
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that align with the EYLF and NQS
  • Maintaining compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures
  • Building partnerships with local stakeholders and enhancing the reputation of the centre

Requirements include:

  • Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA
  • Current Blue Card, first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications
  • Experience in an early childhood setting and prior experience in leading classrooms
  • A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF, including the ability to develop and implement educational programs
