As a Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of our young students at all times. You will also be expected to provide high-quality education and care, fostering meaningful interactions that support skill acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Child Safety and Welfare: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our students by actively supervising and interacting with them.
- Education and Care: Provide engaging educational experiences that support skill development and encourage individual growth.
- Nurturing Environment: Create a warm and supportive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Program Implementation: Facilitate routines and programs specific to the room, including small group activities.
- Curriculum Development: Implement the Grow curriculum within the Campus, aligning with OAC Grow principles.
- Documentation: Record children's learning progress through the OAC Connect app.
- Environment Design: Develop engaging and interactive learning environments that cater to diverse interests and needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
