Lead Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide holistic care and support ADF personnel in their journey towards recovery. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with medical professionals to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans for clients.

Utilizing your clinical reasoning skills and expertise, you will support individuals who have experienced a range of injuries, illnesses or trauma. Your role will involve working with motivated clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals, with access to onsite medical and treatment providers.

The work location may vary between Victoria Barracks in Southbank, Simpson Barracks in Yallambie, RAAF Base Williams in Laverton, and work from home options are available. We offer flexible working models to accommodate different needs and preferences, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Osteopathy
  • Clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support common goals
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate
