Do you want to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community?As a Rehabilitation Consultant – Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to support their journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery
  • Undertaking vocational and psychological assessments to assist in determining vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation
  • Minimising the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
