Senior Business Analyst - Process Improvement Expert

This leading construction and infrastructure company is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Lean Six Sigma processes and black belt certification. In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to drive process improvement and strategic planning initiatives, leveraging your expertise to enhance the organization's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and optimize complex business processes within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to map current processes, identify pain points, and gather relevant data to drive process improvements.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to develop "as is" state and future state designs that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Utilize your skills in process mapping to create detailed process flow diagrams, highlighting key touchpoints, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks.
  • Employ your strong analytical skills to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
  • Independently drive process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring successful outcomes and measurable results.
  • Act as a self-starter, proactively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and offering innovative solutions.
  • Leverage your experience in heavy industries such as construction to bring industry-specific knowledge and perspective to process optimization efforts.
Requirements:
  • Construction of heavy industry experience is a MUST
  • Ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders in an organization
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement projects.
  • Extensive experience in process mapping, process optimization, and future state design.
  • Strong understanding of lean principles, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Previous experience in heavy industries such as construction, manufacturing, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for process mapping and analysis.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
