We are seeking a skilled Cost Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cost performance analysis to the project team through effective and compliant cost attribution, financial control, and reporting.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing project cost performance analysis to the project team
  • Maintaining and developing systems to track and report on actual and forecast costs
  • Ensuring financial policies and procedures are effectively implemented
  • Coordinating with the project management team to ensure expenditures are kept within budget

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Commerce, Accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role
  • Experience working on large scale construction projects
