We are seeking an experienced Junior/Mid In-House Legal Counsel to join our team. This is a career-defining role in a leading Investment Funds group with funds management, banking and finance experience the focus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal services to the funds management division and other business units, including lending, funding, contracts and disputes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing legal advice on complex financial transactions and regulatory matters;">
  • Supporting the Chief Legal Counsel and General Counsel on various projects;">
  • Working directly with the legal team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;">

Required skills and qualifications:

  • ">
  • 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in funds and financial services, banking and finance and/or corporate/commercial law;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification;">
  • Professional membership with the relevant bar association;">
