Job Overview

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our store runs smoothly during your shift. As a key member of the store management team, you'll be supporting and guiding colleagues, handling customer inquiries, and working collaboratively to achieve excellent results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Opening and closing the store, supervising shifts, and managing workflows.
  • Offering constructive feedback to colleagues to enhance their performance.
  • Assisting in training and onboarding new team members.

  • Maintaining stocked shelves with products to meet customer needs.
