Job Role:

The Child Protection Program Administrator provides administrative support to the child protection program, encompassing preparation of high-level correspondence, complaint management, diary management, meeting preparation, minute taking, and coordination of secretariat and administrative functions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced computer skills utilising a wide range of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Planning and organisation: regularly plans and tracks progress on work tasks; takes an organised, methodical approach to work, addressing priority tasks first.
  • Written communication: prepares clear, concise, and grammatically correct letters, emails, and reports; organises information in a logical sequence, includes content appropriate for the purpose and audience.
  • Self-management: accepts responsibility for own actions; focuses on key goals; maintains a realistic and balanced view of own strengths and weaknesses; recognises own feelings and personal prejudices and understands why they occur.
