Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of a dispatcher.

This position involves receiving and dispatching orders in a timely manner, prioritizing messages and calls according to urgency and importance, maintaining a comprehensive record of communication, entering data in computer software, and addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and dispatch orders promptly
  • Prioritize messages and calls based on urgency and importance
  • Maintain accurate records of communication
  • Enter data into computer systems and maintain logs as required
  • Resolve issues by providing solutions or transmitting information
Requirements:
  • Availability to work on call shifts every Saturday and Sunday
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatching
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including attaching documents and working with multiple screens and tabs
