The Opportunity

The Construction Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the performance of our contractor base on field construction activities for ElectraNet's significant high voltage infrastructure projects. This role will work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects safely, with high levels of quality, and compliance to all requirements.

About You

The successful candidate will have extensive experience supervising the construction of general and/or high voltage work packages. They will be able to manage and respond effectively to complex and multilayered field activities, ensuring all agreed controls are in place and effectively managed. The ability to exercise independent professional judgement and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships will be key to success in this role.
