About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the coordination and delivery of exceptional customer experiences within our Bus sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Coordinate vehicle stock allocation, delivery scheduling, and customer collection logistics in collaboration with internal stakeholders.">
  • Create, reconcile, and integrate Repair Orders (ROs), ensuring accurate cost capture and contract flow between stakeholders.">
  • Input new and used vehicles into Pentana, maintain estimated delivery dates, and ensure registration documentation is complete and accurate.">
  • Prepare and distribute express sales reports, weekly order tracking, monthly sales reports, and logbook records.">
  • Keep stakeholders updated on order progress and forward leads as required.">
  • C Coordinate trial vehicle scheduling, maintain calendars, and provide trial data to customers upon completion.">
  • Cleanse data, run integrity checks, manage distribution lists for eDMs, and develop the database for customer segmentation analysis.">
  • Conduct regular checks in Pentana and Hubspot to ensure data accuracy and respond to any issues identified.">
  • Maintain state-specific registration and options costs in Pentana to support accurate quoting and compliance.">
  • Provide backup support to colleagues and contribute to broader team initiatives and continuous improvement.">
