About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to clients who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.

You will apply your clinical skills to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that support clients in achieving their goals and returning to work or daily life activities. Your ability to engage with clients and other stakeholders, as well as your strong communication and interpersonal skills, will be essential in ensuring successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current registration or membership with relevant industry body (AHPRA / ESSA / AASW).
  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
