Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled rehabilitation specialist to support Defence Force personnel in their journey from rehab to healing.

Your role will involve taking a holistic care approach to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans for clients
  • Support clients in returning to work or finding new employment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide expert advice

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or related field (Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Nurses, and Social Workers also considered)
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry body
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in conducting various clinical assessments and passion for helping people rehabilitate
