We are seeking a highly skilled travel expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized travel solutions.
The successful applicant will have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring all reservations are accurate and complete.
- Attend to a high volume of phone calls and email enquiries from clients in a professional manner
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction
- Proactively engage with clients to support booking, follow-up, and experience management
- Previous experience in a travel or sales support-based role
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office applications and reservation systems
- Salesforce and telephony system knowledge, highly regarded
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Permanent full-time position with 38 hours per week
