We are seeking a qualified and experienced Performing Arts Educator to join our vibrant college community at Brinbeal Secondary College.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to contribute to the creation of inclusive and engaging teaching practices in brand-new state-of-the-art facilities.
About Our School
- We have approximately 450 students in Years 7 & 8, with annual growth expected until 2029 when we will become a 7-12 school.
- In 2026, we will add Year 9 to our program, taking our total enrolments beyond 700 students.
- The school is situated in Melbourne's western growth corridor, approximately 23 kilometres from the CBD, serving rapidly growing communities.

We boast modern facilities featuring:
- A two-storey Science and Technology building with dedicated labs and digital technology.
- An Administration Centre offering multiple learning spaces.
- A Large Learning Neighbourhood with 14 general classrooms and quiet areas for collaborative work.
- A Performing Arts building with specialised drama, music, and media spaces.
Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum requirements.
- Experience in responding to student learning needs.
- Demonstrated experience in planning high-impact teaching strategies guided by how students learn.
- Mastery in monitoring and assessing student learning using data to inform teaching practice.
