Music and Performing Arts Educator

Burwood East Primary School is seeking an experienced Music and Performing Arts Educator to join our vibrant community of teachers.
Job Description:
- Plan, prepare and deliver music and performing arts programs that cater to diverse student needs.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote creativity, critical thinking and collaboration.
- Assess and provide feedback on student progress, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters student well-being and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in music and performing arts education.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum frameworks and pedagogical practices that support student learning.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.
