Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. About the Role:

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. This may include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in aged care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift 25kg and perform physical tasks as required
